Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order anytime before it has shipped. We will refund the entire amount.
  • If the product received is not as shown on the site or not up to your expectations,
  • You must notify us within 4 hours of receiving the product.

Refund

  • If you received the product in bad condition or the packaging is tampered/damaged, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person.
  • Email us at support@eciestore.com with your Order ID. We will replace the item at no additional cost after receiving the product back.
  • Ensure the original product tag and packaging is intact when returning the product. (We can also arrange pickup if available.)
  • All refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
  • The product must be unused with no signs of wear or damage to be eligible for a refund.
  • Method of refund: Refund will be issued to the original payment method, ECI eStore Wallet, or via Bank Transfer.
