Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before it has shipped. We will refund the entire amount.
If the product received is not as shown on the site or not up to your expectations,
You must notify us within
4 hours
of receiving the product.
Refund
If you received the product in bad condition or the packaging is tampered/damaged, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person.
Email us at
support@eciestore.com
with your Order ID. We will replace the item at no additional cost after receiving the product back.
Ensure the original product tag and packaging is intact when returning the product. (We can also arrange pickup if available.)
All refunds will be processed within
10 days
of receiving the returned product.
The product must be unused with no signs of wear or damage to be eligible for a refund.
Method of refund:
Refund will be issued to the original payment method, ECI eStore Wallet, or via Bank Transfer.
