By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to:
- Await restocking of the backordered item
- Have us process a refund for the unavailable item
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
ECI E Store will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as:
- Return request is received within 8 days of receipt
- Items are in original packaging, unused, and resellable condition
Return shipping will be pre-paid by us. Once accepted, refunds will be processed to eStore Wallet. We will notify you via email upon completion.
3.2 Warranty
All products include 1 year manufacturer's warranty. ECIeStore facilitates manufacturer warranty claims - contact the manufacturer directly for claims.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time
Domestic shipments typically take 2-15 days depending on destination. Approximate delivery dates are shown during checkout.
4.2 Dispatch
Orders placed before 11 AM will be dispatched within 2-3 working days*. Our warehouse operates Monday-Saturday (excluding national holidays). We minimize delays during closures.
4.3 Change Of Delivery Address
Address changes can be made anytime before dispatch by contacting customer support.
4.4 Items Out Of Stock
Available items ship immediately, backordered items follow once restocked.
4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded
Contact us if delivery exceeds estimated timeframe for investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Tracking link provided upon dispatch. Follow shipment progress via courier updates.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If damaged: 1) Reject parcel with courier if possible, or 2) Contact us immediately if delivered unattended.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Product prices exclude GST. Applicable GST calculated at checkout.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations accepted pre-dispatch. Post-dispatch cancellations follow refund policy.
9. Claims Process
9.1 Damaged Parcels
Refund/replacement processed after courier investigation completion.
9.2 Lost Parcels
Refund/replacement after courier confirms loss through investigation.
